Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Before Production: If an order is canceled before manufacturing begins, a partial refund will be provided. This refund excludes a non-refundable initial production cost fee, which covers the time and resources spent to initiate the order.
  • Cancellation After Production Starts: If an order is canceled after production begins, the refund will exclude both the manufacturing costs already paid and the non-refundable initial production cost fee. This policy ensures coverage for all incurred expenses related to the order, even in the case of cancellation.

Design Approval and Revisions

  • Clients are allowed up to three revisions after the initial sample apparel item is provided. Additional requests for changes may incur extra fees due to the added production time and costs.

Design Approval Timeliness

  • After payment, we will provide a sample apparel item for design approval within 3 days. To avoid delays in the final order delivery, we ask that clients respond with approval or requested changes within 24 hours. Delayed responses may impact the projected delivery timeline, and we cannot be responsible for late arrivals resulting from delayed approvals.

Return Policy for Defects

  • If any items arrive with manufacturing defects, we will assess the extent of the issue. For minor issues (e.g., 1-5 items in a large order), we will provide a refund for the affected items. For larger defects affecting a significant portion of the order, please contact us directly to discuss a partial refund. We are committed to quality and strive to ensure your satisfaction.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and responding promptly to design approval requests. Delays in approval or communication may affect the delivery timeline and overall production schedule.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays, damages, or additional fees resulting from unforeseen events such as customs delays, natural disasters, or shipping carrier issues. Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the total purchase amount of the order.

Amendments to Policies

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we encourage clients to review our policies periodically.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Clients retain full ownership of the designs provided to us. We ask that clients ensure they hold the rights to any designs shared with us, as we are not liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from third-party content.
