Order Timeline

• Payment and Approval Process: Upon accepting the quote, customers will make a payment as determined at the time of order (either 50% upfront with the balance due upon completion or 100% upfront). The payment terms will vary based on factors such as the client relationship, order size, and customization level.
• Initial Design Approval: Within 3 days of payment, we will provide one sample apparel item for design approval. Customers must approve this design within 24 hours to avoid production delays. Full production will only begin after the design is approved.
• Shipping and Delivery Timeframe: For orders outside of Puerto Rico, we will ship the final order within 3 to 4 weeks after design approval. Customers will receive tracking information once their order is shipped. For orders within Puerto Rico, we deliver in person, so tracking information is not necessary.
• Customs and Import: Clients outside Puerto Rico are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country upon delivery.
